In the spirit of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., we are honored to extend a warm welcome to each of you as we gather for the 93rd Annual Eastern Regional Convention, which will take place from April 17th to April 20th, 2025 in North Bethesda, MD. This year, our convention theme is “Securing The Legacy, Brick By Brick”.
As we look toward North Bethesda, Maryland; our host chapters await our arrival and are eager to showcase AlphaEast’s best. Fall ’24 Neophytes have received an email regarding attendance at the 93rd Annual Eastern Regional Convention. If you have not received an email, please send a message to Brother Alfred Glass at executivedirector@alphaeast
Your attendance at the 93rd Annual Eastern Regional Convention is not automatic. You must respond to our email and receive a convention email confirmation to be considered registered for the convention.
Convention Cancellation Policy
Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Neophytes are not eligible for a refund. All refund requests for the 93rd Eastern Regional Convention registration fee must be made in writing by e- mail to refund@alphaeast.com. Refund requests received on or before January 2nd 2025 will be refunded 100% of your registration fee, less a 3.5% administrative fee to cover the cost of processing. Refund requests received between January 3rd and March 18th will be refunded 50% of your registration fee less a 3.5% administrative fee to cover the cost of processing. Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after March 18th or for no- shows, regardless of the reason. All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the Eastern Regional Convention.
