It is with great excitement, pride, and anticipation that we extend to you this official call to join us for the 94th Eastern Regional Convention of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., to be held April 15–19, 2026, in the vibrant city of Atlantic City, New Jersey, at the world-class Tropicana Hotel & Casino. This year, we gather under the powerful theme:
“FRATERNITY FORWARD: The Era of Value, Impact, and Progress”.
As we look toward Atlantic City, New Jersey, our host chapters await our arrival and are eager to showcase AlphaEast’s best. Fall ’25 Neophytes have received an email regarding attendance at the 94th Annual Eastern Regional Convention. If you have not received an email, please send a message to Brother Alfred Glass at executivedirector@alphaeast
Your attendance at the 93rd Annual Eastern Regional Convention is not automatic. You must respond to our email and receive a convention email confirmation to be considered registered for the convention.
Convention Cancellation Policy
Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Neophytes are not eligible for a refund. All refund requests for the 94th Eastern Regional Convention registration fee must be made in writing by e- mail to refund@alphaeast.com.

- Refund requests received on or before January 1st 2026 will be refunded 100% of your registration fee, less a 3.5% administrative fee to cover the cost of processing.
- Refund requests received between January 2nd and March 18th, 2026 will be refunded 50% of your registration fee less a 3.5% administrative fee to cover the cost of processing.
- Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after March 18th, 2026 or for no- shows, regardless of the reason.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the Eastern Regional Convention.
