For the 92nd Annual Eastern Regional Convention, all chapters are required to register their full Delegate Strength. The invoice for your Delegate Registration has been placed under the chapter account (Chapter Invoice Radio Button and then scroll down to Regional Invoices) and must be paid in full to register Brothers as delegates. Once the invoice has been paid, the chapter must send the Delegate Certification Form to Brother Thomas Davis, Eastern Region Registrar, at registrar@alphaeast.com listing their Delegate Strength.
We are asking all Chapters to select their delegates during the February chapter meeting and submit the certification form to us no later than March 15th.
If a Brother is listed as a delegate and has already registered for the convention, we will refund that brother back to his original form of payment. If there are changes to the delegates selected, you must resubmit the Delegate Certification Form by March 31, 2024.
Brothers who have paid for their registration previously will be refunded back to the original form of payment. YOU MUST bring a copy of your Delegate Certification Form with you to Philadelphia, with your “raised” Chapter Seal on it. Please try to have the hard copy of the form at the convention as early as possible with your first delegate to arrive.
