Brothers you and your guests MUST have a passport in hand before you traveL. Applications can be obtained from your local post office or on line from http://www.travel.state.gov/passport/forms/ds11

HOTEL PRESIDENT'S CLUB:
Register for the Fairmont Southampton President’s Club Join the Fairmont’s President’s Club when you make your reservations which entitles you to complimentary internet access, spa usage and many other hotel amenities that non-members would pay.

APPRORIATE DRESS:
For all convention meetings and formal activities, please remember that Alpha Attire is required. This consists of a blazer, shirt, tie, slacks and dress shoes. Brothers improperly dressed can be denied access to the business sessions and/or workshops. For events such as the stepshow and after-parties, casual dress is appropriate.

REFUND POLICY:
75% refund if notified in writing before February 7, 2011. Requests after February 7, 2011 will not be honored. Requests will be processed within 45 days of convention close.
