It is my pleasure to invite you and your company to participate in our College 2 Corporate Life Career & Graduate/Professional School Fair for the 82nd Annual Eastern Region Convention of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. The College 2 Corporate Life Career & Graduate/Professional School Fair will be held at the Baltimore Hilton, 401 W. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 on Friday, April 25, 2014 as part of our Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Impact Day.
Over a thousand participants are expected at the Hilton Baltimore overlooking the Baltimore Orioles Camden Yards. This Annual Eastern Region Convention attracts some of the nation’s most astute professionals, entrepreneurs, corporate and political leaders, and decision-makers in the eastern region of the United States.
This fair will attract various convention participants and local residents/college students from diverse academic majors and professional interests. The registration fee is $175.00 which includes one representative, a table with 2 chairs and one lunch ticket to our Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Impact Luncheon (12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.). The fair is 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. with check-in and set-up at 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. at our Community Impact Day Luncheon. If you desire additional representatives, there will be an additional charge added to the registration fee.
The registration deadline is Friday, March 7, 2014. Upon receipt of your registration, a confirmation email will be sent. As we move closer to the date of the fair, you will be sent a registration package that will include full logistical details that will make your attendance and visit to Baltimore a success.
